Where to get the Zain Post-paid Plans & what you need to do
Availability
Zain Post-paid solutions can be obtained through the following mediums:
· Designated Zain Service Providers
· The Zain Post-paid Team (the company-owned service provider)
· Zain Centres and Franchise shops nationwide
Subscriptions Requirements
Individuals
· Completed Customer Connection Agreement Form
· 2 passport photographs (endorsed at the back)
· Photocopies of International passport or Identity card or driver's licence
· Proof of income (Payroll slip or three-month recent bank statement)
· Cancelled cheque leaf (for sort code)
· Any utility bill e.g. NITEL, NEPA or water bill (and original for sighting only)
· For IDD (International Calls) activation, N15, 000.00 refundable deposit is required
· Completed debit order instruction forms, stamped by Bank (only required for direct debit customers).
Small/Medium Corporates
· Completed Customer Connection Agreement Form
· Copy of certificate of incorporation
· Proof of income (three-month recent bank statement)
· Corporate guarantee (with Company's seal on it)
· For IDD (International Calls) activation, N15, 000.00 refundable deposit is required.
Multinationals/ Big Corporates
· Completed Customer Connection Agreement Form
· Corporate guarantee (with Company's seal on it)
· Completed customer payment form
· Copy of certificate of incorporation
· Most recent audited financial statement (where company is not known to credit control unit).
· No security deposit required.
