SIM SWAP VIA SMS AND INTERNET

Great news!! Zain has introduced a new swap process that enables subscribers to swap their lines by sending an SMS or through the internet using the SIM swap starter pack process.

For swap via SMS all you need is to buy a new SIM card, and then send your request in this format:

Your Name <space> Contact no <space> mobile number you want to swap <space> old SIM serial <space> new SIM serial number <space> old PUK no <space> New PUK no <space> mobile number of the new SIM card and send to the short code 190.

Kindly note the SMS is toll free.
